The annual membership fee of £20 is payable on 1 April each year.

 

I hereby apply for/renew my membership of the Project. I acknowledge and confirm that my application for membership is made on the basis of and subject to the Project’s Memorandum and Articles of Association from time to time in force (copies of which can be viewed at the registered office). I undertake that in the event that the Project is dissolved while I am a member, or within one year after I cease to be a member, that I shall contribute such amount as may be required, not exceeding £10.00 (ten pounds), towards the costs of dissolution and the liabilities of the Project.
